Munich, Jan. 25, 2012 – The software producer Comarch will present a complete product portfolio for small and medium-sized companies – the Comarch e-Enterprise Suite – at CeBIT 2012 taking place from March 6 to 10 in Hanover. The all-round package of Comarch offers applications for ERP, business intelligence, finances, ECM/DMS, and EDI in form of a fully integrated process platform. Thus, split processes due to missing or incomplete interfaces as well as exceeded project budgets will belong to the past.

- By increasing the process efficiency, a company’s competitiveness can be enhanced – this advertising message is used by nearly every software provider. In fact, the performance of business software has continuously increased in the last years. However, efficiency often just goes as far as the functionality of individual solutions. Thanks to our broad IT product portfolio for small and medium-sized enterprises which is offered as fully integrated package in form of the Comarch e-Enterprise Suite, we are able to implement consistent and therefore much more efficient processes in all business areas; and this way we create true added value in contrast to other software providers, explains Dr. Kurpinski, chairman of the board at Comarch Software und Beratung AG.

The consistency of business processes is not only ensured through the exchange of all necessary information between individual applications, but it is also reflected in the operation of multiple applications by one user. Within a process, the user has the possibility to get information from another application or to start activities in other applications by just one mouse click.

If you, for instance, need information on a specific supplier when entering an order via ERP, you can obtain such details directly from the ERP interface in form of business intelligence reports or by way of documents administered in the ECM/DMS. Documents received via EDI are automatically verified by review mechanisms of the ECM/DMS system before they will be presented to the respective employee on the ERP interface for further processing. Business intelligence does not only provide reports based on which the business development can be monitored, but it also allows triggering processes directly from a report. The variety of possible functions reduces the application complexity and eventually ensures a shorter processing time as well as an increased efficiency of all IT-supported activities in a company.

Each customer can individually choose the components of its integrated process platform from Comarch’s broad software portfolio for ERP, business intelligence, finances, ECM/DMS, and EDI. In addition, Comarch offers various models for the operation of the Comarch e-Enterprise Suite: On the one hand, the whole platform is offered as Software as a Service (SaaS) in the Cloud. In this case, data is safely stored in a Comarch Data Center operated in Germany. On the other hand, it is also possible to outsource just single components of the whole solution to such data centers.

Comarch is an international provider of IT solutions for the optimization of business processes and customer relationship management. It is headquartered in the Polish city of Krakow and has about 3,500 employees in 18 countries. The portfolio includes solutions for telecommunications, banking and insurance industries, trade and services as well as business software for small and medium-sized companies (ERP, CRM, BI, EDI, DMS/ECM). This range of products is complemented by IT infrastructure solutions, hosting and outsourcing services. As a full-service provider, Comarch additionally offers comprehensive implementation and integration services for its solutions.
