IT software and services firm Comarch spends a lot of time helping service providers integrate their back-office systems. Of late, one of the major goals of those integration projects is helping carriers not only tie together systems but also transform themselves from mere service providers to service aggregators, using their network and software systems to deliver a wide array of content and other value-added services.
