Pursuant to Art. 70, sec. 3 of the Act concerning public tenders, the terms for introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange, as well as public companies, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. reports that accordingly to the list of shareholders participating the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of Comarch S.A. on the 26th of June, 2013, Elżbieta Filipiak and Janusz Filipiak held at least 5% of the total number of votes represented at this Meeting:
1. Janusz Filipiak - 893,000 registered preference shares which gave 4,465,000 votes at the AGM, which constituted 51% of the all votes at this AGM and which constituted 29.68 % of the total number of votes;
2. Elżbieta Filipiak - 846,000 registered preference shares which gave 4,230,000 votes at the AGM, which constituted 48.31% of the all votes at this AGM and which constituted 28.12% of the total number of votes; The total number of votes from all emitted Comarch S.A. shares is 15,045,237. Shareholders participating the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of Comarch S.A. on the 26th of June, 2013 held shares giving 8,755,287 votes.
