Resolution of the AGM regarding the distribution of net profit for 2014
On the 24th of June, 2015, General Meeting approved the resolution no. 9 regarding the distribution of net profit for the fiscal year 1.01.2014 - 31.12.2014. The General Shareholder’s Meeting decided that the earned in the fiscal year 1 January 2014 - 31 December 2014 net profit in the amount of 41,048,275.65 PLN will be passed in whole to supplementary capital.
