Resolution of the AGM regarding dividend
On the 26th of June, 2013, General Meeting approved the resolution no. 9 regarding the distribution of net profit for the fiscal year 1.01.2012 - 31.12.2012. The General Shareholder’s Meeting decided that the earned in the fiscal year 1 January 2012-31 December 2012 net profit in the amount of PLN 41,603,839.89 will be divided as follows: PLN 12,077,455.50 will be paid as dividend and the remaining part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 29,526,384.39 will be passed in total to supplementary capital.
Value of dividend: PLN 1.50 per one share
Dividend's day: 1st of August, 2013
Day of dividend's payment: 19th of August, 2013
Dividend was allocated to the following number of shares: 8,051,637
