Comarch Trade Finance Solution

The Comarch Trade Finance Solution is an application, which enables the  realization of trade finance transactions. The application can be integrated with the system support communication network and  with the  Swift message system service, e.g. Swift Alliance. The system generates Swift messages (e.g. as flat files), which are compatible with the Swift standard. The system is equipped with commission and accounting modules.

The system allows the  servicing of  trade finance transactions: Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections and Guaranties (including Standby L/C).

The system supports the realization of the following activities:

• Application registration - applications can be registered based on an empty form or using an already existing application or issue.
• Application and draft application processing  can be carried out using the BPM (Business Process Management) system
• Servicing of issues.
• Calculation of fees and charges.
• Accounting – the system is equipped with accounting modules or could be integrated with the bank’s accounting system.
• Generation and sending of Swift messages.
• Collection of incoming Swift messages and launching new activities (based on messages).
• Support with realization of payments.
• Closing and settlement of issues.

Additional modules:

• Administration module – enables the  management of:
  • Commission and charges tables
  • Current rate of exchange
  • Templates used in the application
• Security access to the management module: used  to register  system users and set privileges.
• Reporting module.
