• Support from our consultants. You can make suggestions for future system development or ask for help at any time via phone and email. • Warranty and maintenance - New system versions - Hot fixes containing slight corrections/adjustments - Small updates, containing slightly new functionalities

• Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees you the best service options for your company in terms of maintenance and further development of your system. When signing the SLA you define reaction time and the number of phone consultations and office visits you will receive from our consultants. Depending on the SLA you can request hotline access and onsite consultations. You will receive fast and reliable assistance for your company at your convenience.

• You can order additional consultations at any time. They can be carried out over the phone, email or we can set up a direct meeting on the premises of your company.
