Comarch ALTUM allows you to track multiple warehouses and an unlimited number of products in the system. Each warehouse can be divided into separate logical parts, which will be used by the system for different purposes. Therefore you can assign the main part of the warehouse to the storage of goods, one part for consignment and another one for returned products. The system displays quantity in stock, the quantity of items that have been ordered from suppliers and the number of items that are being reserved for customers. Additionally, internal warehouse movement documents allow you to monitor the movement of goods between warehouses, so you can manage stock more efficiently.

Then it will generate - with just one mouse click - a purchase order document with the correct amounts directly taken from the calculations.

• The system helps you maintain your optimal inventory level by either reminding you about certain items that must be ordered or by automatically creating orders, with the use of business process automation. In this way, warehouse costs can be kept as low as possible while at the same time you can be sure that you won’t have to reject an order because you ran out of an item which can result in the loss of money, or even worse, a customer.
