Electronic handling of warehouse documents

Comarch ALTUM Mobile Warehouse allows for handling warehouse documents using mobile devices, such as data collectors. Issuing warehouse documents is possible directly at the workplace, by adding document data using a scanner, or by adding them in the device manually. Therefore, a user can very easily and intuitively create POR and SOR documents, as well as other warehouse documents like MM+, MM-, or prepare package documents.  In addition, he can also create warehouse documents out of already existing purchase invoices or purchase orders,  everything is available at the moment he needs it most, on his mobile device.

Online/Offline work mode

The mobile device can also be used offline. Therefore, all the issued documents are stored in the internal database in the device, and will be synchronized according to the chosen synchronization method (synchronizing right after the connection is restored; hourly/daily synchronization).

Inventory taking process

The system enables handling the inventory-taking process using the mobile scanner device. The scanned results can then be compared to the ERP system’s warehouse stock levels and - if any disparities occur - an internal receipt/release document with the calculated data can be automatically issued. Inventory sheets are sent directly to the core ERP system and are immediately visible and available to every system user.
