Comarch ALTUM offers many different reports that allow you to analyze your company’s logistics.
For these kinds of reports the system extracts data from documents associated with sales, purchases, orders, warehouse inventory and the flow of goods and services between warehouses, as well as from POR and SOR documents. The system offers easy access to information such as:

• Current warehouse states
• Historical warehouse states as well as forward states
• Quantities reserved, in sales and in purchase orders
• Items in transit
• Stock shortages
• Incoming and outgoing movement of goods
• Delivery times for certain suppliers
• Unrealized orders

In addition to standard information about warehouse inventory, the system offers more sophisticated reports, such as a Days of Sales analysis, which shows you how long it takes a company to turn its inventory into sales.

Report adaptation

By analyzing logistics data you can break it down into several levels of detail by specifying items, customers, suppliers as well as item features or attributes. You can also see documents related to displayed data, select a date range or make any other arrangements (such as chart type) in order to have the data presented in the most convenient way.

Reporting modes

Reports that are required by managers or the warehouse personnel themselves are available on their mobile devices or via Internet. Wherever users are, they are always well informed about what is happening in the warehouses.  Pre-defined or easily created reports can be automatically sent at specified intervals (i.e. once a week) directly to the email inboxes of specified users, and always contain refreshed and up-to-date information.

Thanks to the Item Quantity Calculation functionality, that allows you to calculate the quantity of goods which is necessary to meet customer orders and complete the approved plan to maintain the assumed warehouse minimum and optimal states, you will be informed right away whenever a need for an order of specified items shows up. Additionally, a built-in Business Intelligence tool lets you analyze in detail and from different perspectives the supply and demand as well as many more factors; the knowledge of which will contribute to improved order management.

The availability to see the BI reports directly in your email inbox or on a mobile device makes it a great tool that instantly shows you your sales results, warehouse stock levels and movements, as well as any other data depending on the need. This lets you detect any deviations or problems at the moment they arise, which enables you to quickly react and eliminate them.
