  • Warehouse movement documents, allowing for the redistribution of articles between your warehouses  (WM-, WM+)
  • Internal releases & Internal receipts
  • Correction documents for SORs and PORs
  • Item quantity calculation sheets
  • Inventory sheets
  • Package documents

Document states

Comarch ALTUM allows managers to control the warehouse documents, without engaging them into routine and daily tasks. Warehouse documents, as well as other documents in Comarch ALTUM, have different statuses, depending on the current stage they are in (initiated, in buffer, confirmed, paid, booked, cancelled). This feature allows you to precisely define the responsibilities and rights of individual workers in terms of viewing, creating, modifying, accepting or removing documents. Furthermore, using the Workflow process, you can for example make the system display warehouse documents presented for acceptance only if they exceed a certain amount.

Automation of business processes

As in other modules of Comarch ALTUM, documents can be easily and intuitively converted into and from other documents in the logistics part as well. These processes include both the creation of SORs and PORs based on orders and invoices, as well as allow the use of the reverse path: from warehouse documents (SORs, PORs) you can create invoices. Also, when redistributing articles from one warehouse to another, the necessary documents can also be converted using the same mechanism. Great flexibility in shaping the workflow of documents makes you able to fully customize the system to your best business practices, or take advantage of the business practices proposed by Comarch in order to improve them.
