Contextual actions

One of the distinguishing features of the Comarch ALTUM ERP system is that it gives you access to most actions performed in the system by selecting them contextually. This functionality is not limited to only activities such as Save, Cancel, Edit, etc., but also allows for i.e. contextual access to the Business Intelligence reports, or allows you to run contextual processes defined in the Business Process Management tool. Therefore, in order to i.e. run a payment history analysis for a customer selected on the list of customers or a sales order you are preparing, all you need to do is select the appropriate analysis from the contextual menu available by clicking on the right mouse button. The business intelligence report will be displayed immediately showing the information filtered out automatically to your customer, allowing you to perform further in-depth analysis.

One of the biggest challenges for those who start working with a new ERP system is the familiarization with its menu, features and other options needed for daily activities. When working with Comarch ALTUM you have everything you need on hand, including business intelligence reports and analyses, available in the contextual ribbon menu or via your right mouse button. As a result, you do not need to memorize the location of dozens of functions in the system, or spend time finding functions you currently need. Instead you can focus on what's really important at work!
