The ergonomics of Comarch ALTUM comes from the intuitive, ribbon-based user interface which has been designed in a way that guarantees easy access to the most frequently used functions in the context of currently performed actions. Built-in one-click actions allow the automation of frequently repeated operations such as document creation based on preceding documents (i.e. a sales invoice is just one click away from a sales order) or journalizing documents.

As the personalization of the end user interface is the only way to create a truly comfortable and efficient work environment, Comarch ALTUM offers a wide range of available customizations, such as:

the ability to define items available in a ribbon menu in a certain context and to create different ribbon profiles for different groups of users

the ability to edit a document’s layout and rearrange the way it is displayed on screen by e.g. hiding unused sections or fields, grouping fields together, creating additional tabs or simply changing the field size and order

a shortcut keys editor that allows defining convenient keyboard shortcuts for the most frequently used fields, actions and places in the system

In addition, thanks to mobile devices, certain ERP functionalities (such as the creation of orders, invoices or warehouse documents and reporting tools), are accessible from anywhere 24/7.
