Planning of auctions

In Comarch ALTUM you can plan auctions on the world’s most famous online auctions portal, eBay – directly within the ERP interface without the necessity to go online and log in to the eBay website. You can define everything, starting from the product category to the auction type and a detailed auction description- all from within your ERP solution and using information that is already available in the system such as article images and descriptions. Once you have defined an auction, with one click you can launch it, also from within the ERP interface.

Monitoring auctions

Once an auction hast begun, you can track its current status within the ERP interface of Comarch ALTUM. There you can see not only how much time is left until the end of the auction, but also information such as what the current bid is and how many items have already been sold during an ongoing auction. Once an auction has finished, it is highlighted in the system.

Realization of orders

Whenever an auction has finished successfully, Comarch ALTUM automatically generates a sales order that allows you to easily fill the order by simply performing a few mouse-clicks within the ERP system. As the system uses the auction data it received from eBay, there is no need to manually fill in any additional information in order to realize the order.
