Comarch ALTUM CRM manages contact information for existing and potential customers. Contacts are grouped according to business processes. Thanks to integration with MS Outlook you can transfer customer information (together with all the information on events, tasks, etc.) directly to the mailing program and then use it for further purposes such as mass-mailing. Once you have won their business, you can convert leads to customers with a single click to immediately begin registering orders and transactions. You will have uninterrupted access to your customer’s history, including:

  • Payment status
  • Transactions concluded
  • Records of goods and services ordered

In addition, the application provides data such as discounts specified for each customer and the default payment method associated with the discount.

Comarch ALTUM CRM lets you keep track of conversations your employees have had or plan to have. Each conversation has compulsory fields, such as title, date (entered manually or selected from a calendar), as well as optional fields, such as information about the employee who conducted the conversation, the type of conversation (telephone, e-mail, face to face, meeting, facsimile), related contacts and any notes about the interaction.
