In order to cover the entire sales process, Comarch ALTUM provides you with the most important documents you use in this part of your business:
Each document has different statuses that allow for the definition of exact rules and responsibilities in the editing and confirmation of those documents during the document flow – starting from the initiation and ending with the final confirmation of a document.
With the automatic generation of documents functionality, based on a sales offer, Comarch ALTUM can create with just one mouse click a sales order, and from out of that an SOR or SI document. At the time of creation documents are filled in with the correct data regarding the contractor, the goods being sold as well as their prices and values. The system also enables automatic creation of sales invoices out of warehouse documents, as well as full automation of purchase document circulation.
The order for the automatic creation of documents in Comarch ALTUM is fully adaptable - so you can keep your best practices and even make them better.
Comarch ALTUM allows you to create sales offers on one hand, and register purchase offers from suppliers on the other. Both processes can be linked together in the following way: you can create a sales offer out of a purchase offer (for one or multiple customers), with the selling price calculated on the basis of the source document’s purchase price.
Thanks to the edit-in-place functionality, the system enables easily editing documents in the exact place where the given information is displayed. For example, on an open order document there is a quick way to change the price, value and quantity of the articles sold, as well as the discount granted or the payment terms. All these changes can be made on a single tab without switching between the tabs where the information was initially entered.
In the customer service process a situation may arise when a client wants to buy goods for which no POR document has yet been created. Comarch ALTUM allows for the reservation and sale of such articles, and so does not deprive the store owner of potential revenues. Furthermore, in case of a lack of inventory, the system can automatically create a purchase order (in accordance with previously defined optimal or minimum warehouse stock levels) and submit it for approval to the person in charge.
