Functionalities like the issuing of documents such as an external release, warehouse transfers or any other warehouse document are made available directly to the current workplace. It is worth highlighting that with Comarch Mobile, these operations are extremely easy. While creating documents it is possible to add items using a scanner or add them manually by selecting them from a list displayed on the device.

Inventory Counts

The Comarch Mobile Warehouse System fully supports the inventory taking process. After the process has finished, the system compares the scan results to the quantities taken from the ERP system. Any disparities may then be treated differently, i.e. by automatically issuing internal receipt or release documents and making the necessary accounting entries. The information on the actual inventory numbers are sent directly to the core ERP system right away after the inventory counts have been completed. Therefore, it is immediately visible and available to every system user.
