During the registration of a new order, the system connects to the central database and checks the customer’s current credit limit, with the ability to block the order if the credit limit has been exceeded. If necessary, the sales staff can also check their customers' current payments or overdue debts, and receive other useful information, such as the number of collected loyalty points.

Thanks to this useful feature, documents such as sales orders, sales invoices, SORs or cash-in acceptances, can be instantly printed on the client’s premises without the necessity of sending the document via e-mail or traditional post.
