Analytical areas

In the Comarch ALTUM reporting tool, information about your company’s operations is stored in so-called analytical cubes. Each cube contains a great deal of information about a particular aspect of the enterprise. You have the ability within each area to create multi-dimensional analyses, which will quickly provide information necessary for effective decision-making.

The reports you can create in Comarch ALTUM Business Intelligence focus on four major aspects of enterprise management:

The Sales and Logistics Domain can be based on data from sales, purchases, invoices, orders, inventory levels, and warehouse documents. This information makes it possible to track current and historical data such as:

  • Revenue
  • The costs of purchases and acquisitions
  • Margins
  • Warehouse levels and movements
  • Indicators, such as Days of Sales that forecast the number of days worth of inventory you have on hand
  • Receivables and liabilities

The Finance and Settlements Domain presents the level of receivables and liabilities on a given day along with an analysis of incoming and outgoing payments. It reports on all the settlements, receivables and liabilities registered in the system. You can also analyze indicators such as the average weight of overdue receivables and the average crediting period. The data can be analyzed from the perspective of customer, payer, document, product, time, promptness of payment, due date, form of payment and planned settlement dates.

The Accounting and Cost Domain provides an analysis of revenue and account balance. The reports can be based on both draft journal entries and those confirmed to the general ledger. In essence, it is possible to display the total value of all invoices with which a given cost is associated. The domain makes it easy to display revenue on customer accounts. The analysis can be conducted on any period of time and broken down into years, quarters, months, and days.

The CRM Domain refers to the analysis of activities in the area of customer relationship management. It means that you can analyze data related to income and budget for individual campaigns, as well as the cost and effort related to the various components and stages of a campaign. Additionally, you can analyze the number of clients won during the campaign, the number of staff involved in the campaign, event or task, or conduct an in-depth analysis of conversations.
