Comarch ALTUM makes it possible to use many different forms of payments to settle incoming as well as outgoing transactions – including among other things payments by check, cash, credit cards or bank transfers. It is also possible to combine many payment forms for a single transaction, allowing for example a customer to pay a part of the total sum by credit card and the other part in cash.
Because down payments are a common practice in daily business, Comarch ALTUM lets you split up a single payment into multiple partial payments, arranging different payment dates and using different forms of payment. The conditions for down payments can even be included into offers you send to your clients or registered for those which you receive from your suppliers.
The payment plan in Comarch ALTUM delivers all the information you need in order to plan the financial transactions of your company and to control the payment behavior of your customers. It allows you to look at all payments, incoming and outgoing, as well as those which are still outstanding and those which have already been processed. Different sorting and filtering mechanisms help you create a view within a few seconds that shows you what payments you should receive and which liabilities you have to pay for within the next few days.
It is also possible to settle invoices with payments or compensate them with other invoices. All within an interface that contains all the necessary information.
Comarch ALTUM not only allows for the use of any foreign currency on trade documents and the registration of accounts on the chart of accounts, but also allows for handling payments in different currencies. All eventual exchange rate differences are calculated automatically whenever you operate with a currency other than your domestic currency.
In order to make bank transfers easier, Comarch ALTUM provides a tool for easily importing bank statements. As a result, it is much easier to register payments in the system and later on, connect them with individual transactions.
The financial resources functionality provides you with information on current and future cash flow, based on the amount of money you are planning to receive and pay out during a certain period of time. It includes invoices as well as orders and planned payments and shows you how much money you will have available in a specific bank account or in a specific register – information that is required to plan future expenses and decide on payment conditions that you will offer to your customers.
Comarch ALTUM lets you quickly and easily create cash and bank reports for any period of time. By showing, for example, the daily cash balance, it helps you manage the money available in your bank accounts on a weekly basis.
