Accounting in Comarch ALTUM is US GAAP and IFRS compatible and provides a user friendly dashboard and tools that automate many mundane and tedious accounting tasks. Not only that, it allows business owners, accountants, and decision makers to expand on key elements to better assess their business situation and help analyze costs, revenues, liabilities, receivables and much more. The finance portion of Comarch ALTUM constitutes a supplement to the Accounting section of the system. It is designed to support and manage company finances. This functionality is responsible for regulating receivables and liabilities, cash transactions and bank transactions (withdrawals and deposits) as well as settlements, document compensation (joint settlement of two contrary documents e.g. sales invoice and purchase invoice) and analyses of financial means and settlements. When working in this part of the system, the user can analyze various types of financial data on every level. This allows for easy control of cash flow within the company and facilitates preparing various financial reports. All operations performed in the financial section are reflected in the accounts.
