System Engineer

    Main responsibilities:

    • Providing 1st or 2nd line support for customers, including administrative tasks and advanced services
    • Troubleshooting and resolving all kinds of incidents with short lead times
    • Reporting priority 1 incidents to responsible departments and handling communication to customers
    • Phone support to the customers
    • Working with continuous improvements of internal processes and routines
    • Installing the patches and new releases to loyalty platforms
    • Configuring and maintaining the monitoring system

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in IT or a related field
    • Practical (basic) knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
    • UNIX/Linux command line
    • Analytical skills
    • Very good knowledge of English and Russian language
    • Knowledge of Polish language would be an advantage
    • Proactive team player
    • Good communication skills and flexibility
    • Willingness to work with different cultures
    • Willingness to work during the weekends, public holidays and out of office hours (7x24 operating time)
    • Practical knowledge of Weblogic/Jboss/WebSphere application server would be an advantage
    • Practical knowledge of Tomacat/Apache servers would be an advantage
