Recruitment process

WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO EMPLOY:

Graduates and students in their final year.  

Every year, several hundred young and ambitious people with initiative join our team.  To become a Comarch employee, you don’t need work experience. In Comarch, we believe that everyone who wants to work and reach the goals they have set for themselves will find their place here and they will soon acquire the qualifications required by the company.  

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS—HOW IT WORKS?

Step 1.
Fill in the application form on-line in response to the job offer that you are interested in.

Sending the application form is the first stage of the recruitment process. This form is an important information source about you, your education, qualifications and skills. It is worth devoting time and attention to it in order to complete it thoroughly and in detail.  

If some of the fields are related to areas in which you don't have any experience, or which are not applicable in the case of your application, leave them blank.  

Step 2.
People who apply for IT positions and who have filled in the application form and qualified for the subsequent stages of the recruitment process will then be invited to a specialized test of knowledge.

The tests are carried out at every branch of the company ensuring that everyone interested can participate in them.

If the results of the test are positive, the candidate is invited to an interview, in which the nature of work and requirements for every position will be discussed, as well as the candidate's expectations and their development possibilities.

The persons applying for roles unrelated to IT will be invited to interviews with managers responsible for the recruitment process in the department where the candidate intends to work, assuming their internet application is successful. The interviews can be conducted both in Polish and in English. At the interview, the candidate can learn more about the position in the department they have chosen, as well as about the career paths available. They can also obtain other important information. It is possible for the candidate to be invited to interviews in several departments of the company in order to specify the position which is the most suitable for their qualifications and interests.

Step 3.
After the interviews, the final recruitment decision is made.

If there are many candidates for the position and it is impossible to employ everyone, the application forms of candidates who have not been employed are stored in the database for future purposes.
